I am not sure whether the BURN/DODGE tool in the editing program might be able to help or not. But the picture looks great AS IS.

I actually like the fact that this picture was taken at night, it makes it more interesting and original. I like the contrast of the illuminated green branches against the black sky. Nice.

Beautiful image Jason. Really like the perspective and the illumination. I don't find the hot branches very distracting, but I'm sure the original look great.
