I think the 1 sec shutter speed was perfect, for the water, I love the pastel colours, and the way the background fades away.

I lived in CA for 7 months over 2 year period - I just never seemed to be able to get to the coast - traffic and time -
Beautiful morning - so good to see a pure landsacpe without the use of digital phot tools.
Not knowing what is in the forground but I wonder if this shot could have worked with a little less sky and more water - lifting the horizon to the upper 1/3.
Regarless - this is good.

Good use of 3 shades to seperate the 3 fields; clever use of long exposure to smooth out the waves. Nice shot.

Very beautiful scene. I would like to have seen more of the "falls" on the left edge, they add a nice dynamic. Perhaps not possible.
