Hi Karen, First, thank you for your comment on my photo, "Through the Woods to Grandma's House". I never thought that someone would consider one of my photos better than sex! Gee, now you tell me!!!!! I will be taking more pictures in the woods from now on. I really like the mood you have set here and as someone said, getting there in 10 seconds and looking "cool" is not an easy thing to do. Will comment on some of your other shots later. Dave

Karen-good work because I believe there is a message here or maybe its just me reading to much into it. I see that as people are not always as we see them and that beauty is not alway perfectly clear until we look deeper. I love your work-keep clicking!

Nice to meet you, Karen! :) Lovely portrait with a perfect exposure that enhances backlighting. IMHO, the background is a bit too detailed and slightly distracting; nonetheless, the perfect lights/shadows games on the main subject attract the eye over it. Best regards, Paolo

I think the soft focus really works here. Combined with the see-through gauziness of your top it all cobines to produce a rather romantic / sexy David Hamilton type image. Wonderful! And good to meet you.

please excuse me for the few of knowledge of English!!; Thank you; Hello, very beautiful photo of a young woman that takes advantage to unveil a certain intimacy of his/her/its beauty (what is always pleasant for the eyes!!) a pity that the photo is a little troubled or rather not clean enough in the picture it even and especially on the young woman, it especially appears of the species of dark plates on his/her/its neckline and the tour of his/her/its eyes that make an one person who loses his/her/its tan mildly think, and besides the bottom of the shot shows us a very big part of foliages very brilliant that dazzled a little the consultant of the photo!!, without these small "oblivions" the photo is almost as beautiful that the young woman whom it knows it and unveils it to us well!!;Congratulations !!; Richard Panneel Belgium

Nice to meet you Karen, and thank you for your kind and thoughtful comments on my recent upload. Very few people take the time to stop and offer such a considered perspective!
I like the self-portrait, so fresh and natural. I look forward to seeing many more of your un-set-up shots on 'usefilm' in the days to come.
Kind regards,
Chris.

She says "I refuse to "set up a photograph TO exist light my passion"... but the result of every capture... does result in a 'set up' and must have 'passion', being part of i.e.MSP! best wishes intransit@bluemail.ch

Having seen your quasi macros... which have good focus...
can only grant you some tolerance here for the apparent lack of it, or rather misplaced focus on what is not sooo important...
as is is a selfpic...
with the subject having to rush around in the ten seconds... to relax, and to look passionate about the flashing red dot!
The model's features deserve to be presented in the best light, and many times... so start shooting with i.e.MSP!

Not fair, you have a very attractive model. This is a pretty good shot, but I do wish it were sharper.

Great photo, self portraits are hard, this is well done. The sofy focus works well, I am not sure about the grain. You should try this in a sepia tone, it may look real nice.
