This is a very nice, almost sultry shot. I hope
you don't mind my PS practicing based on Karen Siebert,and
Jim Mcnitt's comments. I might never have even noticed
the sky blow-out, and facial/knee focus. Keep in mind though
I'm just learning my way around in PS.

A beautiful portrait. The "blown out" sky, too which I'm normally very sensitive, doesn't bother me a bit here because it's modulated by the highlights in her hair and my implicit understanding that this was the tradeoff needed to capture her fragile and whistful beauty.
What does give me a moment's pause is that the point of focus seems to be a touch in front of her face -- by which I mean that the pattern on her jeans seems to be more sharply focused than her eyes and hair. The soft focus on her face is fine, but I wonder if it wouldn't be more effective if you blurred those textured Xs on her knees just enough so that they don't compete with the face as the eye searches the images for the the center of focus.
I've been refreshed and invigorated by this brief visit to your enchanting portfolio. I'll return again soon. Best, -Jim
