gorgeous!! call it "child" - yet the image needs no title - it's so full of content that the viewer feels emotions galore!! simply wonderful image -- film is so rich here - i am glad this is a film image --- super tones and wonderful light -- excellent detail ... glorious image.

this is a beautiful picture, though i'm not sure what the vertical lines are about. damage to the negative? your framing is excellent here, and your choice of focus, too. really, i love it, all but the vertical lines. concerning the title, i like it as it is: a one-word title that both names the picture and creates ambiguity. titles should leave some room for people to find their own meanings.

Well I LOVE the photo. Of course, though I am probably the minority I dont care for the texture added. I would rather see the beautiful clear surface, but you know me - I dont go outside the lines very often. LOL. I love the tight crop and DOF. Its great. Nice tones also.

Lovely close closeup Lissa, beautiful softness and toning.
You could title it 'Well', as in 'well hurry up take my photo'...seems I get that a lot. ;) But 'Closer' is excellent.

Closer is a good title. Short and not too cheesy.
Very nice picture by the way ;) Clear and well balanced. Easy on the eye. I love what you've done to the frame, very classy! The vertical line-effect works.
