Pat, I must say this is going into my favorites! The emotional draw is huge with me. Lighting once again, right on - and DOF is very nice indeed - love the range of detail on her, cone, dress and YES the napkin too - I gotta say I like that in there too. Tonal range very strong. Great shot! Regarding your blue comment a few wks back - I since determined my monitor is dead as a doornail, red phosphors are shot and at the same time the blue and green phosphors are kicking out like bangbusters. New monitor on the way, and got rid of Rebel for the D10 while I was at it! D10 is hot stuck, glad I upgraded. Perhaps i won't be so blue in a few weeks :)

This is a great composition and captured moment, but believe it or not, I think it would be better with a little softer "post-processing"--i.e., I think you've made it a little too contrasty. Just nitpicking...;)
