Mary, thanks for your comment - maybe I should just cut a part of the horizon to make a 'panoramic' image? I do not see another way to get the horizon higher...
another one of your nicely layered shots...I would suggest one thing and that is moving the horizon up or down - (up in my opinion since the sky is static...) to remove it from the middle...
