If memory serves me, i made sure no lights on in room and lowered lid as far as possible without squashing moth,so background was dark and i may have darkened more in paintshop....i wanna see the earthworms! EARTHWORMS,EARTHWORMS,GIVE US SLIMEY,GRITTY,SLITHERING EARTHWORMS!!!!!! ..LOL..GIAYM ~gayle

Bizarre! I like it. Now is the black background original, or did you fill it in? This gives me an idea about digging up some earthworms and scanning them, and calling it "fear factor for scanners." Just kidding.

Beautiful! Interesting how you achieved this! You must have a different type of scanner than we have. That would never work on ours! Anyway, it made a lovely photo!

That's really cool(if I may use that 60's/70's pharse). Those do look like eyes and I wonder what it would look like if it was rotated to show its eyes on the top.
