A ripper it has a vague Faye Godwin feel about it, tho I guess that that is imbued in the landscape itself and photographing in the Scottiesh Highlands and/or the Hebrides..it would be hard not not have imagery in one's consciousness. I enjoy this image more than others in your portfolio because it is less literal and I am allowed the opportunity to finish off some of the image in my head and further I can burnish the narrative myself and conjure up the moments in the day before and after the image was made... umm log fires warm smiles hale and hearty folk...that sort of thing. Great work looking forward to more in its ilk. PS I think the paintings are good too.
