How did you manage to get so close? What size lens were you using? These beautiful birds are so hard to sneak up on. I tried to find where some were nesting as to sit close and watch, but they are usually deep in the woods and I am a chicken! lol Great shot!

Cut your crap with these UGLY marking on your pictures. Be modest... You have seen pictures on this site far better than yours, and the good people do not feel the need to tatoo their pictures with such marks. EIther you share with us a picture, or you keep it for yourself.

Dear friend, your picture is very good, but I coincide with my great friend Don Loseke in his comment.
On the other hand I should say you that the bird needs an urgent arrangement in the pick, I tell it to you because I am an expert in birds of prey and I have a birds of prey breeder center in Peru and I know what I say you  Congrats
PS:for what reason you put that stamp over your pic??
Anyone can erase it, hahaha!!

Hi Kelly, this is a great picture of the Red TAil. I do feel the upper right corner is a little bright. I took the liberty of darkening the corners and then sharpened the image. Hope you don't mind my working on your very nice image. Don.

Kelly this is a great picture of this Red Tail. I do feel the upper right corner is a little hot so I have taken the liberty of working on the picture a little. I darkened the edges and sharpened the image. Hope you don't mind. Hate to nit pick on your great image. Don.
