About A bicycle race in Costa Rica, west of San Jose somewhere. The police made us all pull off the road, for no obvious reason. A few minutes later, this guy came by, followed by the peleton a minute later. I've not had much practice with panning on a quickly moving subject, so I was content with how this turned out.

It is a hard technique but I think you did a good job. I like it, the reflection on the road which I am guessing was wet also adds some interest.
