About Miniature daffodil, photographed in window light , no flash used. This is one of the same flowers as the previous picture. Background is blue card, last time I used material which unfortuantely you can see in the slight creases. This one is also dry, no water mist on it. Please let me know whether it looks better with or without. I decided on the unusual crop to concentrate on colours.

I like the water droplets on the other one, but it much prefer this composition, the way is almost fills the frame, particularly the way the centre of the flower is turning into the corner rather into the centre of the composition,

Thanks for your comments regarding the water droplets...I tend to shoot each flower with and without water because it works on some and not on others. Cheers.

Unfortunatly I couldn't if I wanted too David, you see the original was a little messy and I accidently cropped the top off it...whoops...I have attached a reduced size original so yuou can see what I mean. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Great picture. One thing about your cropping that I might consider is that the top petal might be totally included, as opposed to being cut. I don't know. It's still a great composition.

James, I enjoyed the daffodil with the water drops. I feel it adds life to flowers when you add a little water. The blue background looks great.

Thank you for you recent visit to Al2, your comments are appreciated.
