this is one of the classic huangshan photos. not the sea of clouds or the sunrise but the mist surrounding some of the peaks is just as effective.

Sort of bird's eye complement to Fulgenzi's 'haze in the valley', just posted. Really great exposure. Obviously one must account for the framing, which does assist the photo. Those are the sort of pinnacles most find interesting, as suggested by the Lucasfilm artists as seen in my own photo in my Film gallery, Willow.
