Nice composition. The buildings provide great perspective to the image. The angle at which you have captured the image provide spacial effect to the viewer, it provides inspiration. One suggestion would be to reduce brightness/contrast a bit so that image dosen't look like bit washedout. I think its because of long exposure that it captured mist in the atsmosphere. Overall wonderful image and tonal range of sky.
