Hi Arwa,
very good portrait and perfect usage of the diagonal background. the textures and toning really shine here. perhaps a bit grainy in the face, but nonetheless a strong one. you should focus on street portraits!

that great light the focousing is hardly behind the shoulders and seems that the light is therefore big in order to create the life and to carry this child ahead! the look is nearly sad, but the hope is the light.. this must be STAFF CHOICE.. (I hope) So touching!
