About
Okay, okay, so I lied about the whole fierce and mean thing. Ginger actually loves attention, especially when you scratch him right under the chin. The good thing is that I love giving him attention, so it works out better for both of us.
This is Ginger when he is most content. He just lays down in the grass and soaks in the summer sun. :)
Dear Mr. Christensen, Re-reading my answer to your kind comment on my "Memories from Paris 15" I found quite a few mistakes, but I trust that you will understand the gist of what I was trying to convey. Best regards, Rafi Springmann
This is our first, but hopefully not last meeting on the pages of "Usefilm", Mr. Christensem. I read your bio and learned that you study Like all graphic art. I also agree with all the rest you wrote in your bio. I looked through your entire portfolio. The latter was easy, because there was only one page and difficult because your photos were good, revealing a great sense for beauty, the use of light, a sense of humor ("Charging") and included a BIP. I found it hard select one photo to comment on and finally decided on this one, because We als have a cat called Ginger, albeit Our Ginger is ginger all over. I attach her photo. You are, of course, invited to read my bio and pay futher visits to my portfolio. If you read my bio, I'll find out that I am a psychoanlalyst and if you are intersted in psychoanalysis, you are invited to visit www.drspringmann.com On that site the important parts to pay attention to are Dr. Joyce Mc Dougall's preface (she is a leading figure in the psychoanalytic community) and the story of Adam, the first schizophrenic patient described in a book I wrote, called "Dialogues with Schizophrenia - the Art of Psychotherapy." Despite its name the book was written with the interested non mental-health professional also in mind. In case you would like to have it, all you have to do do is write an e mail to rafael1930@bezeqint.net With "Usefilm your book" in the subject line and I will gladly send you the book (1.02 MB) free of any cost to you. In the meantime, I thank you for your very kind words about my "Memories from Paris 15." I started taking photos more or less seriously at age 17 with a camera similar to the one in the photo, although I had been taking photo from age 10 with a box camera. Best regards, Dr. Rafael (Rafi for future communications) Springmann
