Great capture. This is a buck. You can tell by the markings on it's forehead. I captured a fawn a month or so ago, however mine wasn't this new. The one I saw chased my husband and son down the road. It's a great feeling to see and be able to photograph animals like this.

Thank you very much for your comments. I'm repeating myself, but even two months later, the power of that afternoon is clearly remembered. I don't know what will be able to top that afternoon as far as photography goes.
