Red sands and green grass alongside the ruins (actually it looks like archeological ruins)and a very blue sky give a happy apearnce to the picture. Although the name reminds every body of a very sad impact I think the strong point in this image is to see the hope through the colorful environment.

Regards, Gholi

Great capture of these ruins Efrain, I love the complementary reds and greens, and the colors and textures of the brick..a wonderful angle in your composition and great clarity...very nicely done, lately we are seeing all over the globe the devastation that water can do...nice job...Linda

Thanks Susie, have not tried it but I will, and the rebel I love it, now that I'm shooting manual and understand it better. I receive my last lens acquisition. A Sigma 28-70 f 2.8. it is nice at an affordable price.

Nice Efrain! Great composition here. Your color saturation is right one. I think I agree with Douglas on the frame. Have you ever tried using the "resize canvas" as a frame? I think that landscapes are usually more effectively presented with a small to medium sized black canvas. (Exceptions abound though!)
Do you like your Digital Rebel? I'm learning so much about mine. It's more fun every day.

Beautiful capture Efrain. Nice colors and composition. I can imagine what a tsunami could do. We had one here some months back.

Great colorful and detailed shot composed perfectly Efrain but that free cd frame is absolute overkill imo. I'll let you off with a six for the scene but for now I'll have to give you a five until you dump the presentation ... Thanks!
