About This one looks also "aged" to me though without a soft focus. Any comments would be very welcome.

Thanks once more for the very well detailed comment, Visar! It is partially marble and partially other sorts of stone like for example lighter granite and others. I am very glad if it gives that "real" impression!

Cheers!

Hi Nick,

seeing the faithfulness to natural tones and colours on the wall texture and the sky, i feel i am looking at this fraction of architecture as in being there and focused on those beautiful crisp details!

the sky stripe, and the flat marble (?) arched line match up in tones and forms and create a strong pattern within composition and together they show a soft contrast with other thin bent lines of brown tones.
the tops of two columns add character to composition- it is as if it stands on them!

cheers Nick,
v.

Thank you very much for the comment and the idea, Aziz! Yes, sepia introduced the "aged" look even better here! Many many thanks for that!

Now, I must go to that place with a sepia film again.

Cheers!

Converted to B/W, then back to RGB, then applied sepia photofilter
