Hey Don, great shot of this lovely pink Gerbera!! Love the side view, beautiful colors, great details, wonderful against that dark/black background.... good composition and in camera crop... well captured!!! I'm a day late but only just got it in my associate list, bug #2548 fixed I gather... making progress... yeah!!!

It is a beauty. The light works extremely well in defining the shape and colors in the flower and sets it off effectively against the black ground

Nice lighting and beautiful colors, the only thing I would do with the image is a wee bit lighten the dark pistils, at least on my monitor a bit too dark. Maybe its brighter on the other, will see that.

A beautiful capture of a beautiful flower Don. That's wonderful getting it straight out of the camer like this. Great lighting and wonderful clarity and detail.

Don - do like the composition and presentation on this. The colors are rich, have a lot of depth, and are very effective against the black background. Focus is super. I haven't been doing much viewing, commenting or uploading for that matter. I have been too busy and it's too frustrating right now to spend time doing so - only to get error messages. Trust me, neither you or my other friends & associates have been forgotten. From the looks of things there are quite a few more usefilm members that are in the same boat. I know that you probably won't get an e-mail image notification, (me neither) so it will be just by chance that we will know if you see this or comment back in some way.
