Watch those stereotypes, Heather! ;^) You jumped from Insurance to ?Salesman? ? he?s a Claims Executive and a very nice guy? this is no illusion, just him (though I did capture his personality well, if I do say so myself).

That's what the art directors (there are 3!) asked for Andrew, spontaneous, un-posed looking portraits. The hint of the back of the other person gives you an idea that he's interacting with someone instead of just looking off into space. My orders were not to have the subjects looking at the camera...

The lighting is pretty good and this seems like very nice spontaneous shot. Although I can see the value of keeping shoulder and head of the figure on the left in a picture for the Annual Report document, I think it might be better to crop it out as a free-standing portrait because its a bit distracting. Very nice work.
