Thanks very much for your comments. Funnily enough only the other day I collected the Chritmas cards from the printers and they look very good.
Cheers Les

Hi Les, Don't know how I've missed your work until now but I won't miss any more. I'm putting you on my friends list so I can keep up with your images. Hope you don't mind? Now I think this is one of my faviotes. This is one of the best composed shots I see here at Usefilm. The subject is perfect and the color is outstanding. This would make a wonderful Christmas card. Again very nice work, Bill

I've been led to beleive that settlers to the Americas used the nickname robin for the bird over their due to its ressamblence to the European robin.

This doesn't look like our typical North American robin, even immature. I'll have to look for these if I ever get lucky enough to travel back to the UK. Do you know the formal species name? Another really good wildlife photo, Les.

the soft lighting and tack-sharp details make this one HECK of a bird shot, Les. Wow!

I like Robins... They always look at you like they're saying 'You talkin' to me?'
Great shot!
