Good gear is very important, but like an old football coach told me once. "A Good Uniform, a Good Player Does not Make"
You could take a Pentax K-1000 and outshoot me all day long, even if I had a Hassey Digital 22mp which retails for $22,000...

Thank you Martin . Yes , I have invested in good gear over the last year or so . I am somewhat of a gear junkie I guess :) Good gear is very addictive . I simply love the D200 .
It has proven to be well worth the wait and I am VERY fortunate to have been able to get one . They are simply non existant in Canada right now as well . But hey , the 20D works super good too. I've seen MANY awesome images on this site that were shot using that camera . Proof is Marcus Armani's work . Thanks for taking the time to stop by to look and comment . I really appreciate it !! Rob,
What wonderful detail in this one. You sure have some serious hardware there my friend. I wish it would have come out six months ago, as I could have afforded it rather than my Canon 20D.
I don't think you can find one of these awesome camera here in the states yet. They are back ordered every where. Nikon finally struck a fatal blow to Canon with the pricing structure with that many pics...
