Thanks Hugo, you are correct this was a full frame shot from a long distance, to make the bird any bigger would have required upsizing.
I am a bit confused with the sharpness settings during upload, I set to none and it looks a bit soft to me? I have had a hard time latly as much of my gear was stolen, I am replacing it as I can afford, but am far from what I had. How are you, your page is always a pleasure to view there is always something new and origianl...

Hi Marcus, Very good timing indeed, and I'm impressed by the clarity of this shot. I'd only change the composition a bit, making the Kestrel a biger part of the frame. Only a minor difference, which makes me believe this is the full frame you uploaded. Very impressive!
