wow, cool series! i agree w/ everyone, the first one (w/ diagnols) is the better of the two. i think the middle shot of the second series may be interesting alone too.

The first seems more balanced in composition to me. You are the master of abstract. aj

Interesting collection, think the original 3 are the best compositionally. The diagonals make it all work together. Great job!

Funny, I think the first one is the best one, Alisa. I guess because I like a more structured composition, I think the first one is more effective compositionally. I like the diagonal lines because causes my eye to move all over the frame. I also liked the "layered" effect created by the fence, its shadow and the bare wall. The black object at the bottom of the middle one is too distracting to me. The third has lots of motion but is a bit chaotic to me. Just my preferences though. It does make a very interesting triptych though which I think could effectively be kept together.
Jeff, I was hearing "Holidays in the Sun" by the Sex Pistols when I viewed this. Oh wait...that's because its on my stereo. No wonder my neighbors hate me. :)

Interesting photos here. Not sure which one I like more though. I looked at these and heard RHCP "Under the Bridge" in my head though.
