I was excited to find these rather unusual peppers and I took lots of images of them, both color and monochrome. I actually prefer the B&W shots, but yes, I did have a problem with the highlights blowing out. Digital doesn't have the dynamic range afforded by good film.
My intent was to shoot them on film to get higher resolution but alas, I'm afraid they are getting overripe.
I guess I'll have to go back to the market. . . Best wishes, Kurt
Hi Kurt, Creative photo, and a rather dynamic shot for a still life, The way the two peppers are positioned suggests a movement, without one actually being there. Good tones, although i find the flash bounce on the peppers a bit too hot. Good work, though.
