Tim,

Thanks for the kind words. I was with the 24th Infantry Division during Desert Storm. You are right, it really is a different kind of war this time. However our military men and women are still are doing a great job. I just hope that there will be peace to that region of the world one day and rest of the world as well.

I treasure the combat journo photos. In 91 I only had a throwaway camera for use and wish I would have had the setup I have now. I need to scan in some of those and upload sometime. Such a difference what the men are facing now compared to when we were there for Desert Storm. The start was the same, hot knife through butter, but we had the choke chains on and were called up short. Marine Corp TOW unit for me. Thanks for sharing and reminding the people who have never been there that some are ALWAYS in harms way. Semper Fi Do or Die!
