Gayle!

Twigs, eh?
Chocolate-covered after-dinner twigs maybe, woven by devoted practitioners into wafer-thin slices of robust round things, then arranged in a sorting tray and offered as surprise snacks to unsuspecting people wandering in dark forest labyrinths just at the moment that they are starting to feel a bit peckish.
The darkness fills the holes and creates a new solidity.

(I am a bit hungry at the moment)

Yeah!

Hi Gayle

Cool high contrast image it's abstract nature and gestural feel is what appeals to me. It reminds me of an etching.

Take care
Mark

PS. Sorry for the lack of communication I haven't been around much lately

Rain in Washington goes sideways? WOW!! ;) Kidding. I like the effect. It's a bit like the effects of IR filters that some people play around with. I've seen people achieve all sorts of tones and colours with those. I was wondering what snow would look like with a slow shutter effect. Would it come out as a complete white out like a wall of white or whispy lines of white? I guess that would depend on how heavy the snowfall was. Do you use a tripod Gayle? Maybe you could try that sometime. I would but I haven't got any snow where I am. LOL Sorry I digressed. I like this. It inspired me to come up with a strange idea so it must be good. LOL great work Gayle.

Cheers - Ann :)
