The distinctive Trulli structure is found almost exclusively in the region of Alberobella in southern Italy, but it also reminds me of some of the early Irish stone roofs. I was drawn to the stark whitewash and to the broom sitting outside of #13. A color slide that appears almost b/w.The 35 year old slide has held up pretty well but needee alot of cleaning of dust.
This is a nice image but the part of the image that holds the most impact is the doorway with the broom. The rest of the image isn't really necassary although I know that it is a record shot of a Trulli house. I like the archetechure. But the doorway and the broom are where this image lay. isolate them and see what a great image this would be. Crop this sucker.
