About	This Canada Day firework display was captured with my new (at the time) Nikon 7900 pocket camera (after much experimenting). Unfortunately, without shutter and aperture control I had to rely solely on using +/- EV and ISO settings. Plus, this little camera has a bracketing feature ... I think this situation has pretty much pushed the camera to the limits. But I am happy with the effort.

Thanks for the comment Jacob. Yea, fireworks are tough, but thanks to 512mb memory can take enough to learn quick - and the bracketing really really helps.

This is a great shot. I find fireworks hard to photograph well whether I'm using a pocket camera or a behemoth rig. Great job!
