A wonderful use of selective desaturation, and a risk that has definitely paid off in a beautiful image, Michaelle. Haunting and beautiful, I may have entered it in the project titled "alone." Outstanding capture and outstanding rendering for the final image.

I apologize for not putting PS comments in... yes, this was originally a color print that I applied a desat layer to the background. I have attached a different shot that is still in color.
