Good technique, Scott. I am retired and not well motivated to look seriously at photography as income. My wife thinks practically, that I should charge in order to recover some of the money I have spent on equipment. Best of luck to you!

I also like to use your sharpening technique once as tiff and once after its rezied to go on the internet.Well i am tryiny to market my collection ,but right now im still trying to get a nice big portfoio.Do you use photography for any income?

Scott, I am sure the D2X is an awsome camera and certainly a cut above my D200. The in camera sharpening is very conservative in the D200 also. I have spent considerable time coming up with good post camera sharpening technique. It is a complex subject but made rather simple, as I use nik Sharpener Pro and sharpen in two passes in PS. Your photos are remarkable. Do you have a market for them in a tourist haven like Hawaii?

Beautiful scene, well composed with an extreme wide angle view. I like it very much. There is a softness I find hard to explain. Is it apparent in your original, Scott?

Beautiful landscape. You framed it nicely with the beach on the right and the gravel in the foreground. The picture appears naturally exposed. Good work.
