About taken at georgia aquarium, it's a shark, they swim fast - hard to capture (hence the tail on the left hand side cut off, wish that didn't happen)

thank you for the constructive criticism!

I wish I could have had more time to take a better photo. Unfortunately we went on march break and there were tons of people around. Plus my camera battery was practically toast. Many of the pictures I took on sports mode (no flash) sucking out every last drop of my cr-v3 battery. It kept shutting itself off, I'd power on again, and quickly take a picture before it shut off again.

Thankfully I have a new camera and don't have to worry about battery problems anymore!

Awesome surface water shot and a stunning silhouette! I see you noticed the tail issue and can only say . . . timing is everything. A second longer and the shot would have been (in my opinion) PERFECT! The shark blocking the bright white surface light would have given you the tail and emphasized the silhouette and surface water ripples even more. The strong diagonal lines and cool, rich colors . . . This is a great shot as it stands. Well done!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

nice colour and mood! composition is also very new i think.
If a photographic subject is seen from various angles, change will appear also in composition and I will think that it is pleasant.

Neat picture even if the tail is cut off. I like the underwater shooting up perspective. The lighting above the water silhouettes the shark and the rays look great in the water.
