I actually prefer this one, largely because of the contrasting textures in the two halves. And it's good to see another lemon "addict", and an inventive setup! (Must invest in a meat thermometer...)

Very well done - your efforts paid off. I couldn't understand why it wasn't as sharp as it could have been, but shooting through glass explains it.

hi, you are definitely inventive with your setup...LOL..would go well in my cobalt blue with sunflower yellow kitchen...there is some vertical streaking between the lemons,but maybe on the glass or scanner noise?...i know the blur is because of glass,but i think comp would be stronger with more contrast,but just my pref
