Thank you for the compliments. Here are the changes from the original images which you can see if you view my portfolio.
First everything is done in Photoshop. First I copied the layer making two layers of the original image. Then on the top layer I used a light touch of Gaussian Blur. Then on that layer I erased the eyes, eyebrows, nose, hair and lips at 100% so the sharp eyes, eybrows, nose, hair and lips on the layer below shows through the top layer. I then flattened the image. I repeated the first step and this time I increased the Gaussian Blur. Once again I erased the eyes, eyebrows, nose, hair and lips at 100% from the new layer. I then reduced the amount of eraser to 30% and erased some of the scarf. Then I flattened the image once again. I then used the dodge tool to lighten up the iris of her eyes, the clone tool to take out a reflection in each pupil and I also used the burn tool to darken her lips a bit. I then used the Photoshop Plugin called Dream Suite. I used this to soften the image a bit and give it a bit of a glow.
