The idea and setting are great, and I really like the theme. Cool backlighting adds an artistic element. It feels a little washed out.
I hope you don't mind, Arvin. I fiddled with your pic in photoshop this evening to see if I could draw out more. I adjusted levels and curves, and I tried to dampen the hot spot behind her in a burn layer. The vertical building lines are tilted so I adjusted perspective, then cropped to make those lines vertical. I sharpened at the end. I hope you don't feel this detracts the feel. Sometimes faded and blurred is more consistent with the theme.
