Thanks for the feedback! I discovered the proper rgb value to use after I'd already posted this image, you can see by looking at some of my later images. Thanks for the help on the highlights...I took these photos with locked exposure so the greenery would all match and handn't considered underexposing and using levels.

Looks good for handheld. Try using 243 243 243 as the background color for images with a drop shadow...itll blend right into the site bckgrnd color.

Highlights got alittle blown out on her forehead, may have been better to adjust each exposure abit? Or under expose by 1/4 stop, and then composite and do a global levels after flattening?
