Hi Hugo and thank you very much for the great detailed comment. I rather see the right sight overexposed - but I guess, such are the problems of too much light and too much darkness on one and the same photo. Still learning...
As about the centered composition, it seems that sometimes I just like them in the making, though afterwards, when I see the photo, I wish I would have de-centered them. I really don't understand myself sometimes...

Hi Nick, nice ortogonal composition; my only nit would be that the left side of the wooden post seems a bit underexposed, loosing the details in the blacks. I also wondered about the centered composition, but it's fine, as the direction of flow in the water makes up for it. Interesting study of shapes.
