I think your vignetting is an effective choice here, Geoff. I'd be tempted to use a curves layer and deepen the blacks a little more, to boost effective contrast.

As for your framing...excellent. the angle leading up from the hedges pulls my eye across the ruins up into the opposing corner. Nice!

This is beautiful... the adjusted levels have worked well to create a great tone to this castle & the lighting is perfect. Love this... very moody shot.

Well you can see you have adjusted the levels, but it works very well. It ads a romantic overall tone to the photo. Like you could imagine how it must have been when the castle was intact. The photo has lovely colors to enhance. The only negative thing is that the sky has a bit to much grain/sharpness to it. That might be something you could fix by removing noise. otherwise well done.
