I'm not sure what the inspiration was for this image, but it is STRIKING! It's very dark and haunting but yet slightly humorous in a way (due to her facial expression). Very nice!

Thanks Laphael very much and please forgive the delay in responding. This is actually a photograph that was manipulated in PS: turned into BW, overlaid some texture, dodged and burned here and there and added color. I wish I can do oil painting, I actually tried but with no success so I'm sticking with PS :)

Hi Fadel,
this might be experimental, but it's nevertheless sensational. It's always great to see your progresses.

This period there is a high output for your work, and also have quality!I think if your "oil painting" enlarge to 12inch there will be very vigour!

Once again, I very much like your style of filters, post processing. This is a very good photo to work with and I have a hard time beleiving it started as a photo.
Good job!!!
Best wishes, Dave

Thanks Andree for the compliment, have a look at the following images where I described what I did either in the about or in a reply to a comment: http://www.usefilm.com/image/795896.html http://www.usefilm.com/image/780500.html http://www.usefilm.com/image/764459.html http://www.usefilm.com/image/714937.html http://www.usefilm.com/image/688918.html http://www.usefilm.com/image/615715.html they will give you a general idea. One important thing is that in many cases if one adjustment doesn't work with your image then there's something to do to the image to make it work, for example if you put a channel mixer layer with hard light blending over your image and it blows it up then lower the contrast of the image and it will work (and add contrast later), or you can apply the adjustment to different parts of the image separately with different settings. I'm saying this because most of the time one trick will not produce the same result in all images, there has to be a hand to vary amount of application. I hope this was helpful.

Hi Fadel, Mrs. Stone seems caught somewhere in between fantasy and reality! The effect is eerie, like some realistic dolls that can give you the creeps! Another excellent Fadel J creation! Andre
