I think there are still problems with the ratings registering correctly, as I gave you much higher scores than what shows, even averaged... This image is 5's and 6's in my book...
A good city shot with excellent atmosphere and tone - has a strong and candid street feel... The composition is OK, but since this is considered more of a porrait of a New Yorker, I might try a version where the lady on the viewer's right is cropped out... You'll still get a sense of motion, and you will be able to keep the other girl in the background, though it will be tight.... Just an idea... This is very effective as it is...
