About I was in Acadia recently trying to learn to use my new Canon 10 - 22 mm wide angle lens. I was hoping I could talk my wife into waiting for sunset as the sky was beautiful but there were things to do, places to go, people to see. I did manage to stay long enough to get some lovely long light though. I liked this shot the best. It is not stiched together, but it is cropped so that the horizon would not be in the center of the frame.

Strangely enough, the exposure information listed is correct :-)

Can someone tell me how to upload a panorama? The Upload a Photo page says "Panoramic image may be any size as long as it meets the panoramic size criteria." but gives no indication of how to upload one.

Beautiful Jim, I had the same situation with my new Sigma 10-20 in New Mexico. I really wanted to do sunrise/sunsets and there just was not enough time in the day to fit everything in.

Wonderful panoramic, Jim. I love the sky, but the rocky terrain in the foreground is my favorite. Love the low POV and the great open perspective with the details of people and trees almost sketchy. Nice warm lighting :)Ina

Hi Jim,
I love the look of landscapes taken in the "long shadow" time of day. There is a warmness and softness present that you can't capture at any other time.

This is a great mood even if you didn't get to stay for the sundown... If you intend to take some pano pictures let me suggest that you use a verticle format and then stitch together. This will give you a much larger image.. Be sure to level the camera and tripot. Thanks for viewing my work. Don.

Georgious shot, Jim! A panorama is 1200x600 pixels. You can exceed the 1200 pixel width but the hight must be 600 or fewer pixels. Your photo has a beautiful classic romantic appeal! The perspective and depth is great as are the included figures for scale!

Not only the sky, Jim, also the hill seems beautiful to me. Looking at the result, the lens works very well.
Cheers.

nice shot. it has the feel of the lush and lower mountains out east, as opposed to the arid rockies.

I think to upload a panorama you upload it like a normal photo but it can't be any wider an 800 pixels.
