Class Project - Flashlight
I was in complete darkness when I did this and it was done without assistance from anyone (unlike my "Ghost" shot). I held a flashlight and "painted" each side of my face (turning the light off after each side) then a straight-on view and then down each arm.
It took a lot of trial and error before I came up with something that looked interesting. I had to learn that I needed to paint just the outside edge of my side-turned face so that the side of my head and ears wouldn't double expose over my face. I also had to learn how to keep my shoulders locked straight as I "painted" light on each of my arms, otherwise, it made me look very deformed.
Hi Aliihsan! Thanks for the kind words on this. It's a strange shot, to be sure. I wouldn't have thought of doing something like this on my own. It was a class assignement with flashlights and I just got experimental with it. Other students in class did similar shots. I'm pleased that you like it. Thanks again. ~ Warm regards, Rocky
