About	Almost 100 years ago this outlet flume was built and thats when Lower Conconully Lake was formed. Before it was a marshy creek bottom and now its a lake with a earthen filled dam that raise the level of the water and formed Conconully Lake. Most of the water from this outlet but some does out the dam and over the overflow to form Salmon Creek.
