Nice picture...I actually like the dark look. One detail, though...that's a coot, not a duck!! Bill shape gives it away.

Tuna; The original shot is like this. I cropped it on purpose because the space ahead of the duck gives me a feeling as if he has a place to arrive. Infact with cropping it I wanted to emphasize departure instead of arrival. This way I don't feel like discovering what exists on further left. Anyway, it I'was thinking in the same way, by the book, when I took the photo. Thanks for commenting.

Hi Turgay,
often I have the same problems with scanning from print, there is always quality loss, particularly in highlights and shadows. Often it is possible to improbe the image with some post-processing. In this case this is not possible I am afraid, the blue is very blue and the black is very black... But still, it is a nice image.
