Well, that would frustrate me no end! I have a wonderful high-end film scanner, but it is very slow...minimum 5 to 6 minutes per slide...sometimes up to 20 minutes per slide! But, at least it works.:) Hope you can get a new one soon.

Mine is not slow.. it is malfunctioning, Shirley. In needs to be serviced. So many images I would like to post here and sometimes for instance the transparancy/negative scanner part decides to go haywire and won't allow me to adjust the settings... sigh... it just defaults to its own really bad ones... hehehe... gotta laugh!
So while it is still being half "resonable" for prints, that's what I'm doing :)

Yes, my scanner is very slow, too. I do a lot of reading, or listening to music while scanning.;)

And you're very kind Shirley. I am currently scanning other images to upload. My scanner (as usual) is playing up, so it's taking longer than my patience can endure! LOL!
