it is just a can in a metal tube,james the gay is using the head lamp,the same one wich i used for the another photo then you see before

This type of play is fun. I'm happey to see the creativity of using the second flash as well. Another thing you can do that is fun is to use a longer exposrue, timing about 5 seconds for the model to make the patterns, flash her, cover the lens with a black cloth, have her move to the other side of the frame, do it all over again. Kind of like in-camera cloning.
