The Diana, and the Baner and Debonair, were made in Hong Kong, home town of Geomancy the Chinese supestition of alighments etc. Something of this "science" is true it appears. From my experience and experimentation with psychogeography I find that these camera's seem to subtly draw one to the subject - or is it just art-fartiness!

The isolation is perfect. Odd, but very likeable green; plus I like the chromatic aberration in the plastic lens. I want a Diana! LOL.

You have some very, very good photos posted here. I like the 'toy cameras' a lot. Hm, now I may have to get a Diana :-) What do you think about the 4x4 images that you get from the Diana?

Very original. This holds true for all your photos here. Like you, I left Photosig when they changed their style. I hope that by now you have seen my correction & realized that I posted the photo of a mannequin & not that of a person. I have a theory that says that the mistake might have occured by uploading the photo while looking in the dictionary to see the correct spelling of mannequin. I've also visited your URL. Very interesting, too. The attached, however, is a person.

Hello Andreas. I like this. I looked at it yesterday and have been thinking and thinking about it. I can't put my finger on what really works here for me, but I like the unusual composition. And (hint) I am looking forward to seeing more from you . . .

my granpa has a genetic disease that makes him see things a bit like that : unscharp in the center, more sharp on the corners. but not sure you Diana is as old as him (85 yo).

I didn't know that these phallic symbols grew in Austria. This is amazingly sharp for a Diana shot. You must have use the small aperture for it, eh? I like the way the light reflects from the blades of grass around the cactus.

hi Andreas.. if you want, I'll keep my mouth shot.... but this is almost funny, as it looks like you have a "reversed" Diana on your hands... My dear brother had one of those - it was totally unsharp IN THE canter - but sharp in the corners... difficult to use... maybe it is just because you focused behind the front cactus-thing... I think if you made a darker version, it would work better... but what do I know..
