You can try out this... 1. Post scan, adjust the levels and curves to get the desired output. Add borders etc if you wish. 2. Resize the image (72 DPI, whatever width & height, but preferably within 850 x 850 pixels) 3. select the zoom tool, select 'Print size' 4. Select USM and keep the pixel size to 0.3 pixels (anythng more would make it look artificial) and adjust the USM amount. 5. If you are using PS 7 or PS CS, you will have the 'Save for the web' option in the file menu - use that to set the desired level of quality (keep on increasing the quality till the max file size < 400K ). Save it. 6. Upload with either 'no sharpening' or 'minimum sharpening' selected.
This should work out (at least works for me).

The sharpening thing is bothering me. One thing i noticed is i keep small image sixe it does not look over sharpened. But with 16-12 file (72 dpi). It looks over sharpened in UF. Can you comment on this ?

Excellent capture - good thinking to make the shilouette out of the nice sky in the background - conventionally, many others would have shot a non-shilouette photo here. But messed up with sharpening once again.

Strong sils and dramatic sky create a great impact.I like various postures of the figs, they help in making the comp dynamic.
