Cathy. Thank you for clearing that up. I'll have to admit that when I started working on the color version of this I was surprised by the way the leaf seemed to come to life in B&W. I really do appreciate the time you take and the nice things you say. Jim.

Dear Jim, I realised as soon as I clicked on Add Comment that I had not made that clear.
Firstly I only comment on works that I like, and what I like about this image is the symmetry and the excitement. The white area is very stimulating, it looks like fireworks!
We call these arrowhead plants and they are the only plants that don't die when I adopt them. CC
